Privacy
We collect the details you give us when you book or write to us: your name, email and anything you add. We use them to run your booking and reply to you, and never sell them.
Bookings and payments are handled by our booking provider, under their own privacy policy. You can ask us to see or delete your data at any time.
Bookings
Prices include everything listed on the experience page. You can move or cancel up to 48 hours before the start for a full refund. If we cancel, you choose a new date or a full refund.
Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for twelve months from purchase and can be used on any experience. They can’t be exchanged for cash.
